Nov 01, 2018 · i have had to reset my xbox one x if i have not used it every while, come next gen i will stick to sony and the playstation sick of microsoft's schemes. So i went to uninstall a game from an xbox one when the my games and apps page wouldn't load. When i go to close it out and open it again, it does the same thing and it just started today. I had a chat conversation with xbox support and they said i should remove the gamertag (not the account) then restart. I had this problem yesterday aswell, i turned off my console then and it worked.

Everything was blank and it was stuck on loading pinwheels (the little circle that cycles when something is loading). When i go to close it out and open it again, it does the same thing and it just started today.
